Pre-order Layaway Terms (For Biao and Tori Early Bird Pre-Order):
Your layaway payments will be calculated based off the remaining balance after the downpayment, and you will be required to have an account to make payments and see your order balance. For this pre-order, here are your layaway dates:
♡ December 28th
♡ January 28th
♡ February 28th
♡ March 28th
Each month on the dates above you will be emailed a payment link to pay for your order’s remaining balance, and it can be paid with PayPal or debit/credit card. With this layaway system, there isn’t a due date for each payment so you can pay any time and don’t have to notify me if you cannot pay anytime during the layaway period (ex. If you cant pay for March, you can pay the next month in April). As long as your order is fully paid before the deadline, your order is secure and will ship when ready.
If you wish to pay off your balance early, you can do so anytime by logging into your account.
It is important to be fully paid paid by April 3rd, 2026 before 11:59pm EST to ensure your order can be shipped when ready. If you need additional time you can request it, but please keep in mind these important details:
♡ Additional time can only be requested before the deadline. After which, you risk your order being cancelled.
♡ If you made at least 1 payment prior to the deadline, you will be allowed to request an extension if notice is received before April 3rd, 2026 before 11:59pm EST.
♡ If you have not made any payments, you will not be eligible extension and must pay the remaining balance before the deadline or your order will be cancelled.
♡ If your order is cancelled, your deposit and layaway payments will NOT be refunded.
In-Stock Layaway Terms:
Your layaway payment will be calculated based off the remaining balance after the downpayment paid (50% percent the order total + shipping). You will be required to have an account to make payments and see your order balance.
You will be sent a payment link 1 month from the purchase date (ex. Purchased on Jan 1st, you will receive the next invoice on Feb 1st) with the other half of the order balance, it can be paid with your PayPal account or debit or credit card. You will have 1 week from the due date of the invoice to pay for your order, once paid, your order will ship as soon as possible.
If you wish to pay off your balance early, you can do so anytime by logging into your account.
If you need an extension past the due date, you can request it anytime before 11:59pm EST on the due date. If no notice is received before the due date, you risk your order being cancelled without a refund and your item will be re-listed for sale .
Layaway Assistance Plan:
If you need additional time for paying for your deposit for your pre-order, you can contact me for a short term layaway to lock in your pre-order!
An account on my website is required to request layaway assistance as you will be making payments through my website and you must contact me during the pre-order ordering period to qualify as this is only offered for pre-orders!
To start a Layaway Assistance Plan, you must agree to these terms:
♡ Your down payment must be $300 or more with shipping included to qualify for assistance to secure your order with the casting company.
♡ You will be required to pay at least 50% of the deposit amount up front to start this short term layaway and you MUST pay the rest within 2 weeks in order to keep your order and start your layaway.
♡ You must be ready to pay within 7 days of receiving your payment link to confirm your order!
♡ The Layaway Assistance Plan does not extend your layaway! You will be required to still follow the layaway rules and layaway plan as scheduled.
♡ If you do not fully pay your deposit within 2 weeks of paying the first half of your deposit, your order will be cancelled and your initial downpayment for your deposit will NOT be refunded!
