General Commission Terms

  • These are commissions are for personal use ONLY and NOT for commercial use (using your commission(s) for your website, products, advertising, social media banner, etc. or anything for profit is prohibited). Profile pictures are allowed even if its used on a commercial use social media account.
  • The artwork created cannot be used in any blockchain-related technology, this includes NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in that space.
  • The artwork created cannot be used to be fed to AI learning machines/programs or future inventions in that space.
  • I will NOT accept your commissions if you’re under 18, especially for any NSFW themed commissions, no exceptions.
  • You will receive a sketch before I move onto completing your commission(s). Once confirmed, your commission(s) cannot be changed from what was sketched other than minor changes (i.e. color changes, adding minor details, mistakes made by me).
  • I will try my best to get your commission(s) done in a timely manner, but please keep in mind due to the work I do for conventions and maintaining my store, delays are likely with the completion of commissions

Commission Conditions:

I am open to draw pretty much anything (original characters(OC), fanart, and even NSFW), however I will not draw:

  • Men (it is not my forte, I can do femboys)
  • Transfomer/Gundam type robots (also not my forte, I can do humanoid type robots)
  • Certain fetishes (I can do NSFW, but please speak with me about this subject)
  • Extreme gore (I dont mind Gore, but please speak with me about this subject)

Important Note: If any part of your character has a lot a detail such as clothing with intricate patterns and details, armor, props/handheld items, etc. will have extra charges and will be charged based off of complexity!

If your OC has tattoos or special markings, please be sure to have a clear reference sheet or artwork of the tattoos/markings! Depending on the complexity of the tattoos/markings, there may be extra charges!

Payment:

  • Payment will be requested through an invoice before any work is started. Once paid, your commission will started as soon as I can
  • If your invoice remains unpaid after 72 hours, you’ll lose your slot
  • Once you send the payment, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, even in the event with a delay.

Sending payment means that you fully agree with the terms above and the current estimated timeframe of completion!

Reference sheets are preferred, but any artwork is fine as long as its in color and I can see the full body (Screenshots may make it hard to read details due to lower resolution so please keep this in mind when sending links). If you don’t have pictures/art of your OC, mood boards or concepts are acceptable, but there will be an additional charge of $100 for character creation.
